What are your delivery charges?
Deliveries within mainland UK are free for all orders. For delivery charges on orders outside mainland UK please see our delivery page
How long will deliveries take to arrive?
All orders in the UK are delivered by Royal Mail and take between 2 and 5 business days after dispatch. However:
- Standard deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take longer
- Intervening public holidays, such as Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, may affect delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot provide precise delivery times for orders delivered outwith the UK. However, it is estimated by Royal Mail that orders to:
- Western Europe will take 7-10 business days
- Eastern Europe will take 2-3 weeks
- North America will take 10-15 business days
- South America, Africa, Asia will take 2-3 weeks
- Australia will take 10-15 business days
Can I track my order?
Grange Communications Ltd does not currently offer a delivery tracking service. However, as soon as your order is dispatched you will be informed by email.
Can an order be delivered to a different address?
If you would like to order any of our products to be sent to an address different from your billing address, simply follow the check-out steps as normal and when prompted, enter the delivery address of your choice.
