What are your opening hours?
Opening Hours are 9.00am- 5.00pm Monday to Friday

What are your delivery charges?
Deliveries within mainland UK are free for all orders. For delivery charges on orders outside mainland UK please see our delivery page

How long will deliveries take to arrive?
All orders in the UK are delivered by Royal Mail and take between 5 and 10 business days after dispatch. However:

  • Standard deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take longer
  • Intervening public holidays, such as Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, may affect delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot provide precise delivery times for orders delivered outwith the UK. However, it is estimated by Royal Mail that orders to:

  • Western Europe will take 7-10 business days
  • Eastern Europe will take 2-3 weeks
  • North America will take 10-15 business days
  • South America, Africa, Asia will take 2-3 weeks
  • Australia will take 10-15 business days

Can I track my order?
Grange Communications Ltd does not currently offer a delivery tracking service. However, as soon as your order is dispatched you will be informed by email.

Can an order be delivered to a different address?
If you would like to order any of our products to be sent to an address different from your billing address, simply follow the check-out steps as normal and when prompted, enter the delivery address of your choice.

How will my calendar be packed?
All A3, wall, square and slim format calendars are cello wrapped and are packed with a cardboard strengthener in order to prevent bending during postage. All calendars are then dispatched in a strong boarded or padded envelope to ensure your order arrives safely and in good condition.

How will my greeting or birthday card be packed?
All cards are dispatched in a strong boarded or padded envelope to ensure your order arrives in good condition. All cards are packed with an additional blank envelope for you to send on your card to a friend or family member.

What payments do you accept?
We accept all payments online through our website. Most major credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal.

In what currency are your prices?
All prices on our website are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

If I order from outside the UK, in what currency do I make payment?
If you are making payment from outside the UK by bank or credit card your bank will simply convert the British Pounds Sterling price into the currency of your location at the point of order. Please contact your bank to discuss specific exchange rates as these rates change daily.

Do I receive a discount for buying several calendars?
Please contact our customer services department if you are planning to order more than 10 calendars to discuss potential discounts.

I have not received my order within the suggested delivery times, what do I do now?
If you have not received your order within the suggested delivery times above, and have received note of dispatch, please contact frontdesk@grangecommunications.co.uk

Can I order a product before its release date?
If you should place an order for a product which has a release date after the date of the order, this is called a ‘pre-order’. A pre-order will be dispatched following the release of the product.

If multiple items are ordered and the order contains both pre-order and ‘in stock’ products, the order will held until all of your order is in stock. As payment is taken at the point of order, we do not hold any payment details throughout this time.

If the item(s) you have ordered is not in stock by the expected release date, we will contact you immediately with the new expected delivery date. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your pre-order item(s), we will contact you to offer an exchange or refund.

What is your returns policy?

What happens when you create an account?
When you order a product from Grange Communications, you are given the option to create an account. Creating an account with Grange Communications makes it easier to order Grange products in the future.

You will not be subscribed to a mailing list.

If you do create an account, you are required to provide certain information such as your name, address and email address. This information is considered as personal data and is held by Grange Communications in accordance with GDPR.
